SHIPPING POLICY

All orders are shipped by Canada Post, Fedex or USPS. Please allow 3-12 business days for standard shipping. Your shipping charges are calculated based on your location and the approximate size and weight or your order. If the package is undeliverable it will be returned to us. There will be an extra charge if the package needs to be shipped out again. For available shipping options and rates please add all items to the shopping cart, enter your location information, and click recaculate. For international orders please call us at 16042183251. Shipping charges are not refundable. Some international customers may experience shipping delays due to customs; we have no control over those delays.

Orders are typically shipped in the order they are received. Orders placed before 2:00pm PST are shipped out the same day as the order was placed. Orders placed after 2:00pm PST will be shipped out the following day. Orders placed after 2pm PST on a Friday will be shipped out on Monday.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking information via email as well as an update in your customer account. Ground and international shipping dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Note that processing and transit days are business days only (Monday-Friday, non-holiday, weekends and holidays are not counted as business days; packages are not delivered on weekends.)

This free shipping offer is only available when paying with Visa, Mastercard, or PayPal. To recieve free shipping, your order total (before tax) must be over $99 and you must select the shipping rate labeled "Canada Post Ground (5 - 12) - FREE SHIPPING" at the checkout page.

*C.O.D. (Cash on Delivery) orders do not qualify for free shipping.

We also offer COD (cash on delivery) shipping option is also available in Canada

If you don't have a credit card or would like to pay with cash, COD is perfect for you. COD orders are very common and take the exact same transit time. COD orders are only $5 more expensive than credit card or PayPal orders.

Here is how COD works: During check out, simply choose COD as your method of payment and your method of shipping. When Canada Post delivers the package to your house you will be able to pay with cash. If you are not at home at time of delivery, the package will be left at the nearest post office, where you can pick it up later.

Please note:
*Canada post will keep the package available for pick up for about one week. If you can't pick it up during that time, please let the post office know and they might be able to hold it longer before shipping it back to us.
**Canada Post will only except CASH or DEBIT. Canada Post will not except credit card payments for COD orders.

RETURN POLICY

Returns
Please read "sending items back to us"  below for instructions. All items (excluding Final Sale items, Clearance items, or items on sale for over 25% off) can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Please note that all shipping costs are not refundable and a 10% restocking fee will apply. The balance will be refunded to your credit card or PayPal account within 5 business days of receipt of the item at the Shop Task. It may take 1-2 billing cycles for the refund to appear on your credit card statement. Please note that if you used a gift certificate to make your purchase, the refund amount will go back onto your gift certificate.

Exchanges
Please read "sending items back to us" below for instructions. All items, except for Final Sale Items, are eligible for exchange for another item or store credit within 30 days of delivery. You are responsible for all return shipping costs (shipping item(s) back to us and us re-shipping item(s) back to you). We will contact you with the shipping total before we charge your credit card.

Wrong Address / Undeliverable Items / Items Returned To Us
If the package is undeliverable and returned to us, an additional shipping fee will apply to re-send unless we are at fault.

Sending Items Back To Us
Before you send back any merchandise, you must contact us via email or phone. We ask that you return the merchandise in the same condition, unworn with tags intact. Please pack and seal your return securely, in the original package if possible. We are not responsible for the loss or delay of packages being returned to us. We suggest using a shipping service that provides a tracking number and insurance. Please address the packages as follows, depending on where the item was purchased.
