Shipping Policy:

Canadian orders will be shipped from Toronto, ON and U.S.A orders will be shipped from Seattle, WA.
Shipping options and transit times are specific for each country and are listed below.

Orders placed between Sunday and midnight EST Thursday are fulfilled within 48 hours of receipt and always before the weekend.

All orders received after midnight EST on Thursday will be shipped the following Monday.

Express packages are given priority and in most cases, go out the same business day.

Please note that your order will only be shipped once payment and delivery details have been approved. Order cut-off times are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by address or payment verification.

Make sure to double check your billing and shipping address when placing an order to avoid delays.

Tracking Your Order

Upon the completion of your order, you will receive an email confirmation outlining the details of your order. This message will include a link that will direct you to updated tracking information.

Shipping in Canada

We offer flat rate shipping for all Canadian Customers when ordering from our Canadian Online Store. Your shipping charges are calculated based on your location and the approximate size and weight or your order.

Shipping Options:

  • Canada Post Expedited (3 to 10 days) - ($10 to $20) Flat rate based on your location, Size, and Weight of your order.
  • Canada Post Xpresspost (1 to 3 days) - ($15 to $50) Flat rate based on your location, Size, and Weight of your order.
  • COD (Cash on Delivery) shipping is available with either service (Xpress or Expedited) - For an additional fee of $5 on top of the flat rate
  • For available shipping options and rates please add all items to the shopping cart, enter your location information, and click recalculate.

We offer FREE ground shipping for all US Customers when ordering from our US Online Store.

OLD Policy

All Canadian orders are shipped by Canada Post while US orders will be sent either with UPS or USPS. Your shipping charges are calculated based on your location and the approximate size and weight or your order. If the package is undeliverable it will be returned to us. There will be an extra charge if the package needs to be shipped out again. For available shipping options and rates please add all items to the shopping cart, enter your location information, and click recaculate. For international orders please call us at 1.604.218.3251. Shipping charges are not refundable. Some international customers may experience shipping delays due to customs; we have no control over those delays.

Orders are typically shipped in the order they are received. Orders placed before 2:00pm PST are shipped out the same day as the order was placed. Orders placed after 2:00pm PST will be shipped out the following day. Orders placed after 2pm PST on a Friday will be shipped out on Monday.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking information via email as well as an update in your customer account. Ground and international shipping dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Note that processing and transit days are business days only (Monday-Friday, non-holiday, weekends and holidays are not counted as business days; packages are not delivered on weekends.)

We also offer COD (cash on delivery) shipping option is also available in Canada

If you don't have a credit card or would like to pay with cash, COD is perfect for you. COD orders are very common and take the exact same transit time. COD orders are only $5 more expensive than credit card or PayPal orders.

Here is how COD works: During check out, simply choose COD as your method of payment and your method of shipping. When Canada Post delivers the package to your house you will be able to pay with cash. If you are not at home at time of delivery, the package will be left at the nearest post office, where you can pick it up later.

Please note:
*Canada post will keep the package available for pick up for about one week. If you can't pick it up during that time, please let the post office know and they might be able to hold it longer before shipping it back to us.
**Canada Post will only accept CASH or DEBIT. Canada Post will not accept credit card payments for COD orders.

USA

We offer free ground shipping for all US Customers when ordering from our US Online Store.
