Phone Orders

Our online ordering system is fast, easy and secure. To begin, simply start adding the items you would like to the shopping cart and then procced to the checkout. If you prefer to make your order over the phone, please call 1.877.497.7613. Please have your credit card number ready along with a list of all items you would like to order. To save time and ensure we have the proper information on file please setup an account before calling.

Payment Methods

Shop Task currently accepts: Mastercard, Visa, PayPal, and C.O.D. (Cash On Delivery - Canadian orders only).

C.O.D. Orders

If you don't have a credit card or prefer to pay with cash, C.O.D. is perfect for you. C.O.D. shipping is only $5 more than credit card or PayPal orders.

Here is how C.O.D. works:
During check out, simply choose C.O.D. as your method of payment and your method of shipping. Canada Post will deliver the package to your house you will be able to pay with cash. If you are not home at time of delivery, you will receive a delivery notice and the package will be left at the nearest post office to your house, where you can pick it up.

*Canada post will keep the package available for pick up for about one week. If you can't pick it up during that time, please let the post office know and they might be able to hold it longer before shipping it back to us.

**Canada Post will only except CASH or DEBIT. Canada Post will not except credit card payments for C.O.D. orders.

Price Adjustments

If an item you purchased at full price is reduced, you can request a price adjustment within 14 days from the date of purchase. If you are returning an item purchased at full price that has been reduced in price, after the 14 day price adjustment window, you will receive store credit in the amount of the current reduced price value.

Order Changes

If you made a mistake and need to make a change to your order, you must contact us immediately. If you fail to do so, a change to your order is not guaranteed. Please call us at 1.877.497.7613 and have your order number ready.

Order Status

After you place your order, you will be emailed an order confirmation. You will also be emailed when we ship your order. To ensure that you receive these emails, please add info@shop-task.com to your address book or safe list. At any time, you can log into your account to view the status of your order.

Promo Codes & Gift Certificates

During the checkout process, there will be a field where you can enter your gift card or promo code. You may only use one promo code at a time. Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash and cannot be returned for a cash refund. If your order exceeds the amount of your gift certificate, you must pay the remaining balance.
